Week Three

I am very disappointed tonight. I have gained a pound since last week.

My downfall.....I did not keep up with my food journal.

When I write it down I seem to eat better.

So my goals for week four are:

1. lose at least 3lbs
2. exercise every day for 30 minutes
3. keep up with my food journal

  1. dont get discouraged... this happens all the time! 5lbs is still GREAT! and i know we'll both do better next week. i'm glad we have each other!
