I am very disappointed tonight. I have gained a pound since last week.
My downfall.....I did not keep up with my food journal.
When I write it down I seem to eat better.
So my goals for week four are:
1. lose at least 3lbs
2. exercise every day for 30 minutes
3. keep up with my food journal
Total pounds lost 5
dont get discouraged... this happens all the time! 5lbs is still GREAT! and i know we'll both do better next week. i'm glad we have each other!
