Week 5

Ok we have a winner! Week five resulted in more weight loss - down 2.2 lbs! To date I have lost a total of 9.4 lbs. I am a bit disappointed I did not meet my personal goal of 2.8 lbs. I am ready for that second 10lb star.

This was a tough week. I never felt full and I was hungry all the time. Stomach growing hungry~ Part of it may have been attributed to being on my period (I stay famished all the time). I also figured that I would have water weight to deal with at the weigh in.

This week I ate out a bit more and it was hard to be good. Many places do not offer nutritional values for food. Thank god for Dottie's Weight Loss Zone.

The Today Show featured WW as a great way to lose weight and keep it off. This gave me a big smile to everyone that has been such a naysayer! http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21134540/vp/29407732#29407732


Forget the word DIET! I love that line. DIET is a horrible horrible four letter word.

This is what I need to do and I will make myself do it. No matter what. I did get on the Wii with Chris this week and we played a little tennis & boxing. He kicked my ass on both. At least I was moving around. My back has not stopped hurting since I tried to hula hoop for 10 minutes. Can you say stretch first!
